PYTH Oracle

Tomb+ uses PYTH oracles ( https://pyth.network/ ) to track the price of $FTM for gameplay. In the future, these oracles will be used for other token assets.

PYTH Oracle for $FTM updates every second in comparison to other slower and less efficient oracle solutions. Oracle speed and accuracy is critical to user experience and overall functionality of the game.

Responsibilities of an oracle

  • Updates, stores, and distributes up-to-date token prices relevant to the system.
